On ๐๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐๐ญ๐จ๐๐๐ซ ๐๐๐๐, Letโs Talk Mental Health held another impactful session of our โBrainWavesโ program at ๐๐ซ. Led by ๐๐ซ. ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ฐ๐๐ง, Chittagongโs Lead Psychiatrist with Letโs Talk Mental Health, the session engaged over 350 students from grades 6 and 7 in learning about mental wellness, emotional resilience, and practical ways to manage stress.
We also introduced โเฆฎเฆจเงเฆฐ เฆฌเฆพเฆเงเฆธโ (The Mind Box), an initiative to make mental health support more accessible. Students can share their thoughts, concerns, or requests for help anonymously or by providing their details. Our team will collect these notes monthly, connecting students needing support with our peer support team or arranging free sessions with expert counselors for those seeking professional guidance.
We thank เฆฌเฆพเงเฆพเฆจเงเฆจ for a holding a very interective session on menstruation & hygiene and also supporting us through the entire session.
With BrainWaves and The Mind Box, we continue our commitment to breaking the stigma and providing mental health education to underserved areas, building a generation that values mental well-being and community support!
